What MapleSecure does
Document Vault
Encrypted storage (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit) outside the public web root, with SHA-256 integrity checks and per-vault access controls. Create a vault per client or matter and share it with your team at view-only or full-access level.
E-Signature
Prepare fields, invite multiple signers in a set order, and certify completion. Every signed package gets a certificate of completion and a full audit trail.
Secure Fax
Send a stored document or a signed package as a digital fax directly from your vault, with delivery-status confirmation—useful for legal, healthcare, and finance recipients.
IP-Aware Audit Trails
Every view and signing event logs the IP address, user agent, timestamp, and document hash. The Unlimited plan lets you export activity as CSV or PDF.
Secure Sharing Links
Generate tokenized links recipients open without creating an account, with optional password and expiry date.
Document Self-Destruct
Set an auto-expiry on a quote, contract draft, or proposal—after the chosen date or number of views, the document becomes inaccessible and is purged from the vault (add-on).
